Chill, LLC ("Chill," "we," "us," or "our") is an Arkansas limited liability company and the studio behind AbleTap.io and Imparted.io. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit chill.support, our public studio website.
This policy covers the chill.support marketing website only. Our products have their own, more detailed privacy policies: Imparted Privacy Policy. AbleTap's policy will be published with its launch. If you use one of our products, that product's policy governs your use of it.Information we collect
chill.support is an informational website. You do not need an account, and we do not ask you to provide personal information simply to browse it.
- If you email us at hello@chill.support, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include, so we can reply.
- Automatically, our hosting provider and any privacy-respecting analytics we use may collect standard technical information — such as your browser type, device and operating system, referring page, and aggregated, non-identifying usage events (which pages were viewed) — to keep the site secure and understand how it performs.
We do not collect names, contacts, photos, precise location, or sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Service providers
To run this website we rely on a small number of processors, currently including Netlify (website hosting) and PostHog (privacy-first product analytics to understand how the site is used). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our records, and aggregated analytics for a limited period. You can ask us to delete correspondence you've sent us at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@chill.support and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
chill.support is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided us information, email hello@chill.support and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS). No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
chill.support is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
